Your Responsibilities

As a customer service representative, you will work with a combination of customer service, advice, technical support, and sales – with a particular focus on broadband and subscriptions. You will meet both new and existing customers via phone, email, and other contact channels. The role is varied and suits you who enjoy solving problems, guiding customers, and creating good customer relationships.

Examples of Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with questions about broadband, subscriptions, and services
• Troubleshoot and provide technical support
• Advise and sell solutions based on customer needs
• Contribute customer insights that develop our products and work methods
• Participate in events and customer activities

With us, you work in a learning environment where we develop together and support each other in everyday life. The position is a temporary contract until August with the possibility of extension. The planned start is early March.

Your Profile

We believe you have experience working with broadband or technical support, and preferably also with customer service or sales. But the most important thing is your attitude, curiosity, and willingness to develop.
